Hi, I’m Mike Ross — a data-driven leader with over a decade of experience helping organisations turn data into actionable insights. My career has taken me from building prototypes for investment management teams to leading large-scale transformation programmes for global financial services firms. Along the way, I’ve specialised in Power BI, data modelling, and automation, delivering dashboards and tools that a range of audiences can use to measure impact, track progress, and make better decisions.
Beyond my professional work, I love experimenting with datasets I come across in everyday life — from nursery ratings to fitness data — and bringing them to life with Power BI. I created this site to share some of those dashboards. While great dashboards exist, they’re often scattered or hidden away. My goal is to make high-quality, interactive examples easy to find, explore, and learn from — whether you’re a data professional, a Power BI enthusiast, or just curious about what’s possible with data storytelling.
